Weekly Candlelight Yoga + Sound Bath
Classes are donation-based. A donation of $15 is recommended.

Erin and Lisette hold this restorative space together to support the community. Erin will be guiding you with a restorative yoga flow, and Lisette will be accompanying the flow with a relaxing sound bath. All are welcome to join as this class is for all levels.
