Crystal Essence Sound Bath

The intention of this Sound Bath is to allow our essence to connect with the essence of the stones and vibrations to allow support for relaxation, balance, and healing to take place energetic field.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is given by playing different musical instruments to support allowing the body, mind, and spirit to reach a state of relaxation so healing may occur on each level. As you lay down and each sound is played it will act as a tuner so your energetic field may allow any disharmonious spots to be re-harmonized. For this specific sound bath quartz crystal singing bowls are used.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

We will spend a moment connecting with the crystals and you will get to select which crystals you would like to co-create your experience with. Once we get settled and information is shared on the crystals and sound. You will then get comfortable by laying down to do your sound bath journey with your crystal guides. Allowing yourself to connect with the medicine of the crystal you choose. This experience is meant to be a supportive journey to allow anything that may be blocking you or dimming your light to be removed or shed away. All you have to do is trust and be the observer during your internal journey back to reconnecting with your purest essence. Will we close with a guided grounding visualization.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

• A yoga mat to lie on

• A pillow or two to use for added support for your body

• A blanket to cover yourself up as you lay down

• A covering to put over your eyes

• Please wear clothing that is comfortable, breathable, and loose

• Water to stay hydrated :)

• You can bring any crystals you own if you would like to work with them during this sound bath
