About the event
Kick off your day with an invitation to Self: fill the early morning with gratitude. We'll gather in a circle, sharing our expressions of appreciation under the sun's warming rays. As we transition into a group sound bath, you can lie down, sit, or even stroll around the park during meditation. Allowing the sound to support you as you find presence within each breath. This is your chance to immerse yourself in healing sound frequencies, nature's beauty, and fresh air.

No prior experience is needed to join this community gathering. All you need is an open heart and the willingness to show up just as you are.
This class is donation based. Donations may be given in-person at the gathering. :)
