Higher Self Integration Sound Bath

This sound bath is for anyone who would like to intentionally build a deeper conscious relationship with their higher self.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is given by playing different musical instruments to support allowing the body, mind, and spirit to reach a state of relaxation so healing may occur on each level. As you lay down and each sound is played it will act as a tuner so your energetic field may allow any disharmonious spots to be re-harmonized. For this specific sound bath quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes will be used.

WHAT IS YOUR HIGHER SELF?

The higher self is a fragment of you at a higher vibration. You and your higher self are always one but sometimes due to the lessons and journey of our life here on earth, we become unconsciously disconnected from this part of ourselves. It's the part of you that is supporting in guiding the fragments of your intuition. The one that speaks to you when it comes time to make important choices and decisions that is above the logical but still focused on a love-based reality. The version of you that co-creates with the voice in your heart space to support you here on this physical plane.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

You will be guided on a visualization journey to make a conscious connection with your higher self. As you are guided you will be laying down on your yoga mat and bathed with a sound journey. You will be able to relax and be open to receiving the beautiful healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls as you remember the connection you have with your higher self. As we near the end of this journey you will be guided to return fully to your body. We will then close out with a grounding visualization.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

• A yoga mat to lie on

• A pillow or two to use for added support for your body

• A blanket to cover yourself up as you lay down

• A covering to put over your eyes

• Please wear clothing that is comfortable, breathable, and loose

• Water to stay hydrated :)
