WHAT TO EXPECT:

The experience for each person may vary. This is a sacred space to connect with the karmatic experience of life. Torie will facilitate Reiki Energy healing to each participant by hovering around each person's energetic field. You may experience heat or tingles as she works through supporting with releasing any blocks or stagnant energy that allow for the flow of the purest energy in the sacred space of your body. As Torie works her magic, Lisette will facilitate Sound Healing with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong to further support this reconnection of finding balance and inspiring action behind each intention.

WHAT IS A KARMATIC EXPERIENCE, AND HOW DOES IT APPLY IN OUR EVERYDAY LIFE?

Karmatic experience is understanding and bringing conscious awareness to what we think, feel, say, and do that is put into the universe, which leads to outcomes and various situations. This is a way that the Universe and Source teach us how to evolve as human beings and acts as a mirror to reflect our decisions and choices. The more we are aware of our karmatic experience, the more we co-create the reality that we want to live in.

WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a Japanese healing energy technique, which involves hands-on healing, or the practitioner may hover their hands over the recipient, in order to vessel the energetic medicine for whole body and mental wellness. The term “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” meaning universal and “ki” which means life force energy. During a Reiki session, a practitioner will either place their hands above your body or gently on an area of your body to channel source or universal energy through themselves into that specific area; allowing the body to return to stability, or homeostasis.

Reiki can offer relaxation and has the power to produce deeply transformational effects as well, such as help you discover your own inner power, unblock energetic blocks, and restore balance to your life.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is given by playing different musical instruments to support allowing the body, mind, and spirit to reach a state of relaxation so healing may occur on each level. Sound healing has been used for thousands of years. Connecting with pure vibrational tones, we can work with our different energetic systems to re-align our sacred temple to a higher vibrational expression. As you lay down, each sound is played around or over your body. Each tone will act as a tuner, so your energetic field may allow any disharmonious spots to be re-harmonized. You will experience the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a gong for this specific sound bath.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

• A yoga mat to lie on

• A pillow or two to use for added support for your body

• A blanket to cover yourself up as you lay down

• A covering to put over your eyes

• Please wear clothing that is comfortable, breathable, and loose

• Water to stay hydrated :)

ABOUT YOUR PRACTITIONERS

Torie is the Owner and founder of Alchem-Me Healing.

After many years of receiving and exploring the healing art of Reiki, Torie began her Reiki education and certification process in November of 2020. She then became a certified Reiki Master practitioner in July of 2021. Dedicated to the healing practice, Torie continues to study Usui Reiki technique, as she considers herself to be a life long student as well as committed to the principles and methodology of Reiki Healing. Using her empathic and clairvoyant abilities, along with vast knowledge of anatomical movement, Torie prides herself on being a vessel for channeling spiritual growth and holding space for others to receive healing.

Torie also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Dance Education and Kinesiology and is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

Lisette Archer-Barber is a certified Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Studying Astrologer, and Poet. She is passionate about connecting and understanding the divine energy within everything. Each time in her life when she has felt she has figured it out, there is always more to dive into and learn. Her goal is to bring awareness to one's actions and choices so they may be aligned to their purest 'self' without distortion. She creates sacred space for others along their spiritual journey, meeting them where they are.

To her, all the modalities she works with are linked at the core in divine love, grace, wisdom, and truth. Each modality is gentle in its medicine and offers a unique perception of how it acts as a catalyst to support us in working through our physical, mental, and emotional imbalances. Lisette has a Bachelor's Degree in Audio Production, which has laid the foundation for beautifully bridging her knowledge of sound and technology into her craft as a healer, teacher, and artist. She always expresses her most authentic embodiment so she may share her knowledge with others, guide them, and inspire them to embrace the perfection they already are in this moment.
