WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A sound bath is given by playing different musical instruments to support allowing the body, mind, and spirit to reach a state of relaxation so healing may occur on each level. As you lay down and receive each sound played, it will act as a tuner so your energetic field may allow any disharmonious spots to be re-harmonized. We will connect with quartz crystal singing bowls for this specific sound bath.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
We will begin with a short meditation to check in and reconnect with our breath. We will then close out with a grounding visualization. You will then get comfortable by laying down on your yoga mat, and we will start our sound journey.
