Through vocal toning, breathwork, and movement, you’ll activate your voice, strengthen communication, and deepen embodiment. By aligning sound with body awareness, you’ll step into authentic expression, presence, and confidence in how you communicate and show up in the world.

To activate the full spectrum of tones within your body, we will:

~ Begin with full-body vocal toning activations to awaken and energize your voice

~ Use somatic movement and breathwork to release tension and unblock your energy

~ Focus on the bottom three chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus) to strengthen your foundation and help you feel grounded in your expression
