Weekly Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath 

Classes are donation-based. Donation of $10 recommended.

Time: Every Thursday @ 9 PM to 10 PM 

Location: Earth's Elements Hillcrest

421 University Ave, San Diego, CA 92103 

Erin and Lisette hold this restorative space together to support the community. Erin will be guiding you with a restorative yoga flow, and Lisette will be accompanying the flow with a relaxing sound bath. All are welcome to join as this class is for all levels. Yoga Instructor: Erin D'Amore 

"Hello! My name is Erin D'Amore. I enjoy living a life of purpose and authenticity, and I want the same for you. The road to honoring the light within has been a wild adventure, and it never ceases.

My love for yoga came in my early twenties living in the heart of San Francisco. My life was a dizzying kaleidoscope of delightful and deplorable experiences. The lifestyle had me spiraling out of control. Yoga gave me clarity, and I became a certified teacher in 2015 to deepen my practice. It kept me balanced in the years to come, but it would take me several years to learn how to live yoga."

Sound Healer: Lisette Archer-Barber

"Hello, my name is Lisette Archer-Barber. I am an intuitive guide for others who may feel stagnant, alone, or in a transitional phase by utilizing reiki, light language, sound, and metaphysical tools to connect with one's higher self to support clearing any fog that the 'self' may be experiencing. I assist with bringing awareness to the actions and choices one makes to align one closer to their purest 'self' without all the layers and masks we wear daily. By bringing the connection to 'self' back into awareness, we can genuinely illuminate the 'self' one wants to express to others."
