We will set an intention for your session and create a sacred space together. I will guide you on a visual journey with the Rose to support you in relaxing and opening up your energetic body to receive the Reiki energy. I will then work throughout your active body to remove any blocks or stagnant energy to allow optimal flow within your energetic system. During the session, I do not touch clients. I hold my hands 4-5 inches above the client's body, starting at the crown of the head and working my way down to the feet. Generally, one will feel warmth, heat, or tingles in the areas I place my hands over. However, it is different for everyone. I will then guide you in a grounding visualization, and we will review what happened during your session. However, I can not promise that it will heal you. It is possible that you can become healed or your pain or symptoms can be lessened. Energy work is tricky as one can only be recovered from an ailment if ready to heal. Also, you would need multiple continuing sessions when dealing with extreme cases. I do not say Reiki is a replacement for other forms of medical treatment. Reiki is additional support; if more comes from it, that is wonderful. Yet I DO NOT promise that I can cure/treat anything. I can only support you and hopefully assist in bringing you more peace from your condition.
