WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A sound bath is given by playing different musical instruments to support allowing the body, mind, and spirit to reach a state of relaxation so healing may occur on each level. As you lay down and receive each sound played, it will act as a tuner so your energetic field may allow any disharmonious spots to be re-harmonized. We will connect with quartz crystal singing bowls for this specific sound bath.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
We will begin with a short meditation to check in and reconnect with our breath. We will then close out with a grounding visualization. You will then get comfortable by laying down on your yoga mat, and we will start our sound journey. Allowing yourself to relax and receive the beautiful healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls as you venture into your inner world. Letting your body and the tones co-create a support space for healing to occur physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. As we near the end of this journey, I will guide you to return fully to your body.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
• A yoga mat to lie on
• A pillow or two to use for added support for your body
• A blanket to cover yourself up as you lay down (if it gets chilly)
• A covering to put over your eyes
• Please wear clothing that is comfortable, breathable, and loose
• Water to stay hydrated :)
Parking

ABOUT YOUR PRACTITIONER
Lisette Archer-Barber is a certified Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master and Sound Healing Accredited Practitioner. She is passionate about connecting and understanding the divine energy within everything. Each time in her life when she has felt she has figured it out, there is always more to dive into and learn. Her goal is to bring awareness to one's actions and choices so they may align with your purest 'self' without distortion. She creates sacred space for others along their spiritual journey, meeting them where they are.
