This work is a co-creation. I don’t just hold space—I walk this path too. I’ve stood at countless crossroads, and continue to explore the depths of my own integration, healing, and embodiment every day. I offer what I’ve learned with reverence, humility, and deep love.

  • Each session is unique and intuitively guided. We begin with a brief check-in, then move into energy work using sound healing, Reiki, light, visualization, and other tools. You’ll be invited to relax, receive, and allow your system to recalibrate. We close with space for reflection or any insights that wish to come through.

  • Come with an open heart and a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. You may wish to have water nearby, a journal, and any crystals or comfort items that support your energy. Wear something comfortable and be ready to receive.

  • A single session offers powerful support for what’s present in the moment. The Soul Integration Journey is a 4-week commitment designed for deeper healing and transformation, with weekly sessions, custom practices, and ongoing support to help you integrate and embody the work.

  • Some people work with me monthly as a way to stay aligned and supported through life’s shifts. Others book seasonally or during times of transition. If you’re navigating a period of deep transformation, the Soul Integration Journey may offer a more anchored container.

  • I occasionally offer $44 mini sessions or sliding scale options for those in need. If cost is a barrier, feel free to reach out to info@illuminatingcrossroads.com and I’ll do my best to support you with integrity and care.
