This session is a sacred container for your healing journey, weaving together breathwork, Reiki energy healing, and sound integration in an intuitive flow based on what your energy needs most. You're welcome to request a specific modality, or allow me to flow between all three as feels most supportive.
In this in-person session, you'll experience hands-on Reiki, live sound healing with singing bowls and instruments, and guided breathwork in our shared sacred space in downtown San Diego.
What to expect:
Distance Reiki energy work (core foundation)
Breathwork to support opening and release
Sound healing with singing bowls and instruments for integration
A gentle, safe space for transformation

Lunar Activation Session
90 minutes • $188

Work intentionally with the moon during whatever phase is present when you book - New Moon, Full Moon, First Quarter, or Third Quarter. Each lunar phase carries its own medicine and invitation for growth, release, or integration.
This online session combines your personal astrology with the current lunar transit, incorporating energy healing, somatic practices, and ritual to align with the cosmic rhythms and support your unique journey.
What to expect:
Moon phase-specific energy work and ritual
Astrological insight on how this moon is activating your chart
Embodied practices to integrate the lunar wisdom

Cosmic Integration
120 minutes • $244
Online via Zoom
A deep dive combining astrology chart reading and embodied healing practices. This extended session allows us to explore your astrological blueprint while incorporating energy healing to help you embody and integrate the cosmic wisdom.
In this online session, we'll move fluidly between astrology interpretation, distance Reiki, breathwork, and sound healing to support a full-body integration of the insights your chart reveals.
What to expect:
In-depth exploration of your current transits
Distance Reiki energy work
Guided breathwork and somatic practices
Sound healing transmitted through high-quality audio
Integration time and personalized practices to take home
You’ll need: Prepare a quiet space where you can be fully present, along with a stable internet connection. Have water nearby and gather anything that supports your comfort.

I believe healing work should be accessible to all who need it. Each month, I offer 2 Community Care sessions at 50% off the standard rate for the Intuitive Healing Session and Lunar Activation Session.
