Settle into stillness with a gentle guided meditation followed by a deeply immersive sound bath. Resting with eyes closed, you'll be bathed in healing frequencies from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and more. These soothing sounds support deep relaxation, meditation, and nervous system regulation—inviting balance, clarity, and inner peace.

Join Toosdhi & Lisette to explore Pisces season—a time when we're invited into the dreamy space of gaining clarity on what seeds we want to plant for spring. Pisces is a yin, mutable, water sign that invites us into the boundless wisdom of our interconnectedness. In astrology, Pisces is connected to the feet, lymphatic system, and immune system, among others. Through experiential practices, we'll open to the wisdom expressed through Pisces and remember how to ground ourselves as we take intentional action. This offering supports you in setting intentions for the dreams you have been wanting to birth and opening up to more creativity.
Please note: To get the most of this gathering we do recommend cameras being on to allow for an interactive group space, but you are more than welcome to turn the camera off if you need a break or moment to yourself. We are cultivating a safe community-centered space together.
