Embrace the weekend with purpose!

Kick off your Saturday with an invitation to Self: fill the early morning with gratitude. We'll gather in a circle, sharing our expressions of appreciation under the sun's warming rays. As we transition into a group sound bath, you can lie down, sit, or even stroll around the park during meditation. Allowing the sound to support you as you find presence within each breath. This is your chance to immerse yourself in healing sound frequencies, nature's beauty, and fresh air.

No prior experience is needed to join this community gathering. All you need is an open heart and the willingness to show up just as you are.

This class is donation based. Donations may be given in-person at the gathering. :)

Suggest donations of $10 - $20

What should I bring?

• A yoga mat to lay on

• A pillow or two to use for added support for your body

• A blanket to cover yourself up as you lay down

• A covering to put over your eyes

• Please wear clothing that is warm and comfortable

• Water to stay hydrated and even a warm drink if you'd like :)

Parking:

There are 12 spots located in the top parking lot. Some street parking is located in front of the office. Park in the bottom lot and take a wonderful walk to the top. Located at the corner of Vivera Drive and Mt Helix Drive. Lower Parking: 10105 Vivera Dr

About your facilitator:

Lisette is a Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Intuitive Guide passionate about sharing thoughts, experiences, and information that support expanding our awareness. She creates sacred space for others along their spiritual journey, meeting them where they are.

She believes all aspects of life are beautiful once we shift our perspectives to Universal Divine Love. Her goal is to allow herself to express her most authentic embodiment in this life so she may share her knowledge with others, guide them, and inspire them to embrace the perfection they already are in this moment. She is cultivating the sacred space of remembrance towards the many paths that lead us home into our body, mind, soul, and spirit. Shining light on the power of choice and co-creation. Illuminating the 'self,' that is just waiting for us to ignite our inner remembrance.
